Fall Adventures, Part II

Autumn continues to wow us with blazing colors and joyful adventures. 

First example: 

Family trip to Hilton Head. M saw the lighthouse for the first time. Loved it. 

Second:

Third - our first joint golf outing ever! (And we are still happily married!!)

Fourth - trip to Solebury Orchards:

Fifth - Peddlers Village Scarecrow Festival with friends!

Sixth - first soccer practice! M liked defense and owned the goalie spot. (J taught her to yell "Denied!" after a good block. Sportsmanship...we are working on it).  :-)

Fall is here...time for Autumn adventures

We are enjoying the crisper weather and all the pumpkin-y goodies. M is loving her new school! 

The fall festival circuit is in full swing. Here is M and her friend E at the Mt. Airy Village Fair:

Already, M is showing a great deal of school spirit. Our new cars have been stickered with "AFS" (luckily, they are magnets) and M had to help us put up our yard sign ("so other kids can go to AFS too!"):

A day on the farm...fall is coming!

And we are very excited about it!

M loved the farm visit with Grammy:

Hanging with her best friend...

Without a doubt, the thing that M misses most about camp is her "best friend" L. We were able to visit with her today at Springfield day. Someone was very happy. 

We also took some time to pick cherry tomatoes from our monster plant (one plant!!). We picked 377 tomatoes today alone. 

First Day of School at AFS

Very excited to be a "cardinal" (her classroom mascot).

I was very excited that she sat still long enough for her first French braid. :-)
