Now, the stain selection:

We love Dark Walnut, but it's not really in keeping with the home's age or overall style, so Early American it is!

We are at it Again...

It's been a whole couple of months since we've renovated, so we are jumping in to our next big (the biggest so far?) project - the master suite.

M's room BEFORE - refinishing the floors.

Our old bedroom BEFORE - refinishing the floors.

Our gorgeous and (finally!) organized playroom DURING - now storage!

The master bedroom BEFORE.

The master closet BEFORE.

The master bathroom BEFORE.

The external scaffolding and staircase.

And...of course, another dumpster and porta potty. We're SO classy!

Spring Has Sprung!

Whew! Busy days...but they are getting warmer, sunnier and more interesting!

We had dinner at the Palm and saw Beauty and the Beast at the Academy...

M opened her very own shoe store and learned about overhead costs and Philadelphia business taxes...

And we hit the beach for Spring Break...

Now on to our big spring / summer adventure - renovations!!
