Ummmmm...catching up on posts!

Having a four-year-old is busy!

Don't worry. The lack of posts (very few) is directly proportional to the fun of our summer (very much). 

So, here's a rundown of recent good times:

First, we finally became members of Morris Arboretum and have been enjoying the garden railway, duck pond, log cabin and some of the stately cottages and gazebos (which M has claimed as "her castles"). 

Next, we had crazy pajama day at camp. 

Then, M learned how to take selfies!

We've also been having a great time tending to our MONSTER cherry tomato plant. We get 60 tomatoes a day!!

As the school year approaches, we've been sure to spend time at M's new school and "outdoor classroom". So far, she loves it. 

We even went to the lake with Grammy. 

Then...this happened!

His-and-her new minis. Love them!

Finally, it was the last day of camp. We celebrated with our traditional sunflowers and for her treat, M wanted a slurpee (gasp!). Just this once...

Now, we are off this morning to NC for AL's wedding. M is very excited. We also have a four-year-old in first class, wearing a crown and eating a croissant. We've either done something terrifically right or horribly wrong. ;-) Let's just roll with it.
