Vermont for the 4th!

The annual tradition continues...and is kicked off right with some maple ice cream (with "jimmies" - you can take the girl out of Philly, but...):

Then, Saturday we discovered a new favorite parade in Londonderry. Apparently, the big part of their tradition is that every float throws candy. M was thrilled. 

In very Vermont fashion, one float even threw cheese!

We also hit the farmers market and did a family hike on Hawk Mountain. Great start to the trip!
