Bad News: our contractors got a flat this morning.
Good News: our new electrical panel has been installed on the 2nd floor and is large enough to power/run a whole house.
Bad News: the breakers are not yet installed, so we have ONLY three outlets that work on the 2nd and 3rd floors (K's office)
Good News: our 3rd floor bathroom is fully functional and not leaking.
Bad News: because of the aforementioned power outage, J has been unable to strip the bathroom door, so our chic "door" looks like this:
Good News: the hardware store, lumber supply yard and building material depot deliver!
Bad News: the overtaking of the 1st floor has begun:
Good News: we're all (including Pipsqueak) happy and healthy and these aren't really problems - they are adventures that we can laugh and smile about.
Bad News: none.
