Literally!
We also had the most amazing breakfast sandwiches at the Londonderry farmers' market. Fresh, local egg with Woodcock Farm cheese, Ascutney bacon and Woodstock arugula on a local bakery Portuguese muffin...yummmmm.
It's even yummier when you get to eat it next to a Vermont waterfall.
Ahhhh...VT.
See you all in 2 weeks (that's a lot of bacon!)
