Sunday Funday, Take 2!

We started off a gorgeous Sunday morning with breakfast at the Hatchery in town. Their liberal use of avocado and cilantro was still very much enjoyed and appreciated, but their transformation into a bit of a hipster hangout was bittersweet! 

After breakfast, we stacked firewood to enjoy at the campfire later. 

Then it was off to Camp Plymouth for our hike of the Echo Vista Trail. 

We ended the afternoon with some swimming off the dock and som "lake rodeo".

We ended the night with a roaring campfire - we are becoming marshmallow professionals! - and some archery (a bullseye for J!). J even took T (the little one) out in the kayak for a twilight paddle. She was nervous at first and barked at the other kayakers, but overall seemed to be a fan.
